Assistant programme

This is an intensive, individually designed programme for professional and personal development according to the orientation of the target application, for a period of one year. During the programme the assistant is familiarized with the activities of the production department, sales department, economic agenda, working-legal legislation, project management etc. A professional guarantor is assigned to the assistant and after each phase there is a regular evaluation.

After completion of the comprehensive programme there is final evaluation and the decision on the target classification of the assistant with the change of labour relation for an unlimited period and concluding the final labour contract or termination of the labour relation.
