Production of heat

Production of heat is ensured by the boilers in the heating plant and the boiler plant which has an output pressure of 3.8 MPa. The heat in the plant is distributed by steam distribution lines with pressure levels of 3.6 MPa, 1.6 MPa and 0.6 MPa and hot air distribution piping.

Approximately 85 % of the produced heat is consumed on the site of DEZA, a. s., approximately 15 % of heat is supplied into external steam distribution lines. The largest external consumers are CZT Valašské Meziříčí, Krásno meat processing, the town laundry and cleaning shop, Valašské Meziříčí dairy and various others.

The energy section currently operates two sources of thermal energy:   

   
1. The heating plant which uses purchased fuel to produce heat:

• Natural gas from a long-distance line, in winter or during the regulation of natural gas supplies,
• Liquid fuel is combusted – TTO with a sulphur content of up to 1 % of the weight or DTS (self produced fuel on the basis of tar oil.
  

2. TAILGAS burning plant which combusts purchased tail gas from the production of black carbon (supplier CS Cabot), burning stabilization is ensured by natural gas.
