DEZA Acquires a Polish company Petrochemia - Blachownia S. A.
On Tuesday, October 31, DEZA, a. s. took over Petrochemia - Blachownia S. A., a Polish chemical company. This put an end to a two-year period during which negotiations with the former owner, BorsodChem Zrt, regarding the terms of acquisition have taken place.
